My name is Dave Sansom. I am a Realtor with Prudential Carolina Real Estate in Charleston, South Carolina.

I was born and raised just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. I graduated from Grove City College in Pennsylvania in 1995. I then went to work for The May Company as a Business Unit Manager where I learned the skills that have made me a successful Realtor. As a professionally trained negotiator and pricing expert, I have the analytical skills to determine the right price and the negotiating ability to procure it.

My wife and I moved to Mount Pleasant to be closer to family and for Charleston's unbelievable quality of life. We chose Mount Pleasant as our home for its convenience and proximity to the beach. I entered into real estate shortly after our arrival here and I have been tremendously successful in a short time, earning Prudential Carolina Real Estate's Rookie of the Year award in my first year in the business, induction into Prudential's Gold Circle, Honor Society, President's Circle, and I finished 2004, 2005, 2006 in the top ten agents in my office (of 100 agents) based on closed volume. I was the top individual sale agent in my officein 2006. My current production level places me in the top 5% of all Realtors in Charleston, and my list of very happy clients is growing.

My wife Nancy is the Vice President of Strategic Enterprise Planning for Benefitfocus.com, a software company serving the health care industry. We met in college at Grove City and married after graduation. She earned her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University during our time in Pittsburgh. Our sons, 4 year old NASCAR fanatic Gabriel and 1 year old Noah, fill our non working hours with laughs and smiles. We enjoy going to the beach, kayaking, hiking, playing tennis, weight training, and dining out.
